A September 2009 edition of the Communique has been sent via email or regular mail to all pensioners where we have contact information, and where 2009 Annual Dues have been paid.  As indicated in ealier Communiques, we have discontinued sending Communiques to those who are "inactive" and have not maintained their dues payment.
