The 2010 AGM was held in Oakville on April 27. At the meeting, four current directors (Jack Hills, Chick Cecchini, Neil Quigley & Tony Pompeo) were re-elected for a three year term. In addition, as our by-laws allow us to have up to twelve directors, two new directors were elected to provide for succession planning and the work to be done.  The two new directors, Ernie Crowe and Mike Parks, were also elected for a three year term.  Including the two new directors, we now have eleven board members.

As the majority of our members reside in the Kingston- Brockville area, an information meeting will be held in Gananoque on May 12th. The agenda will be similar to that of the AGM, and following that meeting a more complete AGM report will be posted on our website.
