While a completed and mailed "paper" Registration Form and Dues payment are necessary for Active Member status, we are unable to transfer this registration data to the web site system. Thus full access to the site, which includes the restricted Member Menu, requires that you complete the Online Registration process. The e-registration process has been successfully used by a number of individuals. Simply select the Online Registration tab at the left of the Home Page, follow the instructions, and complete all of the indicated necessary fields. Choose a favourite User Name and a confidential Password; it is recommended you record these for future reference since they are often forgotten when used only occasionally.
Once the e-registration has been processed and activated (usually within a few days) you are cleared for full site access, provided DIPAC have received a "paper" registration (see Registration Form) and your dues are current. We continue to restrict general access to the Member Menu section for reasons of privacy and confidentiality. It is probably beneficial to update Your Profile promptly should there be a change in residence or email address, etc. If you should do this, please send DIPAC an email indicating that an update has taken place. This will alert us to update our other systems. You should also forward your update information when you next mail a dues payment, which in most cases is annually. As indicated we manually transfer information between the paper and the electronic systems. While this is probably electronically feasible, we believe the set-up cost would be prohibitive. Cost also prevents us from implementing an electronic "dues payment" arrangement.
Another benefit of Online Registration is your ability to check your Dues status, since this information is added to Your Profile, by DIPAC, and you need only check your Final Year information.
If you encounter difficulties, let us know via the Contact Us web site feature (select the DIPAC option).
